We ship worldwide via the main forwarding agents : the
prices herebelow are valid for all the parcels up to 40
Kg if the destination is in Europe (Eu countries ) and
up to 20 Kg for extra European Countries.
For heavier weights the quotation are made on request.
All the shipments get an insurance against
damaging and lost in transit.
Our warehouse is in Italy .The deliveries in the European
Union do not pay any additional tax ,ie
the prices are NET NET ,you pay what you see.
This is valid for all the European Union countries .
Delivery outside European Union .
Import duties if any are NOT included, pls refer to
yr customs agent or contact the Local Express Courier
Branch (DHL, Fedex...) .

The electrical standard in Europe is 220-240volt-50
hz. All the electrical appliances we carry come with
that standard.
We carry also the 120v-60hz version for some brands
: Imperia Pasta Machine, Musso and Nemox Ice cream maker
and La Pavoni,Isomac ,Elektra and Quick Mill in the
espresso maker category.
Plug.
The electrical products come with the 2 pins plug (named
as Schuko or German type).This plug is used in the most
of the European countries ( Germany, Sweden, Denmark,
Holland, Spain......).
UK and Ireland deliveries come with the UK 3 pins plug
as standard.
