I received my machine (EVT100)in good working order and am very pleasedwith it.I was particularly impressed with the steam/vacuum feature when cleaningmy carpet. It saved a great deal of time and effort compared to othermachines I have used which require you to apply steam and then go overit with a cloth to remove the dirt. I will certainly recommend your product to others.
